Phase 1: Sales

Stage 1 of Seashells Jurien Bay has now been released for sale, with the sales window running from Q4 2025 to Q3 2026. During this period, there will be three planned releases. Please view the master plan to inspect unit availability and indicative pricing.

Phase 2: Civil Works

With council approval granted, civil works have now started and are expected to run through to Q1 2026. This phase includes site preparation, earthworks, and the installation of underground services.

The Titles and Strata Stage will be completed during this period, ensuring the groundwork is ready for the next phase of development.

Phase 3: Construction

Construction will begin with the display unit and procurement process, starting in Q4 2025. The display unit will reach lock-up stage by Q2 2026 (in Perth), with on-site works also commencing Q2 2026.

The construction phase will include the development of townhouses, villas, and resort amenities, with all works expected to be completed by Q2 2027. Land titles are anticipated to be issued during this phase, enabling the seamless progression of the project.

Phase 4: Property Management

Seashells Hospitality Group, a leader in WA’s luxury apartment sector, will manage the resort’s 77 three-bedroom townhouses and 4 one-bedroom units. Additionally, Nautica Residences, a division of Seashells Hospitality Group, will offer owners of the 4-bedroom villas the opportunity to rent out their properties.
